Shipping & Delivery

If placed during normal business hours, online orders should be processed and shipped within 24 hours.  If your order will take longer, we will let you know in your order confirmation.  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, shipments to the continental U.S. should take about 5 days.  We ship to the U.S., U.S. Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, and Canada.  If you would like to make an order from another location call our store and we will try to accomodate you.

Privacy & Security

Our store is protected by a 256-bit encrypted SSL certificate.  Look for the https:// and the padlock symbol during checkout and in your account pages to ensure you are protected.  The information given to us in your account or when you sign up for our newsletter is only used to send you your exciting purchase and to let you know all the new and outstanding events happening in store and online.  

Returns & Replacements

For items that were fulfilled pre-packaged, you have 14 days from receipt to return unopened and unused.  Just use the return portion of your shipping invoice and we will credit the account used for the purchase price of the item.  Items returned without an invoice will receive store credit.  If item is defective please call us at  (828) 575-2288 and we will send out a replacement and pay for your return shipping.  Items that are created for you, including kits and specially cut lengths of fabric can only be returned if defective or if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item.  Please call  (828) 575-2288 if this occurs so we can help you process your return expediently.  

Ordering

The easiest way to order is from our online catalog.  Just add items to your cart, pay, and we send you your goodies!  But if you would rather, you can call us at  (828) 575-2288 during normal business hours (Most days 10a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday 12-5, and we are closed Wednesdays) and we will process your order over the phone.  

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover in our online store and you can pay through Paypal.  All regular and special sitewide promotional pricing is pre-set in the shopping cart.  If you have a special personal code, enter it in the box during checkout and it should quickly calculate your savings.

Your Account

By creating an account while shopping or during checkout, you make it easier to save items you want to come back to later, check the status of orders, and communicate with us about any issues.  You will be prompted to create an account during checkout, but you can create one anytime by clicking the link on the homepage.
